Booking Confirmation and Termin of payment

*Make sure you have filled in the reservation form by our custumer service, an invoice will released

* Seat will be secured if a deposit of 30% of the total invoice has been received
* Deposit is non-refunable (forfeited if canceled)
* Final payment will be collected and must be paid 3 days before the trip.
* There is no guarantee of boarding the ship if you have not paid in full
* We don’t accept payment on the spot

RESCHEDULE

* Reschedule is only applicable max 14 days before the trip
* Reschedule made less than 14 days before trip will result
in the deposit being forfeited
* Reschedule 7 days before the trip, applicable if attached(Doctor's letter,official work letter.ect)

CANCELATION

* Cancellation by guests is not refundable but can be replaced by another guest

* Guests can reschedule their trip or will receive a full refund

* Cancelation by the operator for certain reasons (such aas techinal problems) seat /fleet replacement is the operator's responsibility as a solution

*If the operator fails to provide replacement seat/fleet guests must receive full refund

Cancellation or prohibition made by the Harbormaster or government due to weather conditions, force majure,natural disasters, political instability, terrorism or other external events
